@Chrissymad: Please do not delete my personal page i am very famous person. I am scientist lawyer and wikipedia staff working in wikipedia foundation since 2008. I had also created Khowar wikipedia.(Rachitrali 11:36, 8 May 2017 (UTC)).

Even if you dispute the Akbaralighazi account, the blocked User:Rachitrali account is certainly yours - if you want to request unblock, do it from that account via WP:UTRS and be sure to answer all the questions about various accounts that you have been ignoring.
