Political endorsements

Hey there, I reverted your edit to 2024 Democratic Party presidential primaries because your reference doesn't mention Altman endorsing Philips. I noticed you've been reverted several times for endorsement-related edits, so it might help to review WP:ENDORSE. Endorsements need to be explicitly stated in a reliable source - meeting with someone or donating to their PAC might suggest they're thinking about endorsing, but it can't be included in the article until they actually say it. Your edit to the 2024 United States Senate election in Michigan article was reverted because your edit regarding Justin Amash being a potential third party candidate was reverted because there is no citation from a journalistic source or from the Libertarian Party web site to support your edit. There is no need for a citation besides the one I included. Amash is a Libertarian party member considering a run for the Senate, he's said he's considering running in the Republican primary, but because he's a Libertarian it's absolutely logical to assume that's a possible route he could take. This explanation is a good example of original research, which is not allowed on Wikipedia. A logical assumption is not enough to include something, it must be directly supported by a reliable source. I am not the perpetrator of the "edit war", the person reverting my changes is. We've discussed the change in detail in the talk page and have reached a majority consensus, but my changes keep being reverted. I am unsure how to proceed beyond what I'm doing now.
