If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on the article talk page.
Alternatively, you may create a note on your web page releasing the work under the GFDL and then leave a note at the article talk page with a link to the web page details.
Otherwise, you are encouraged to rewrite this article in your own words to avoid any copyright infringement.

You should not have external links in the text. Use wikilinks (Lucasfilm, Apple inc) and put the link to your own site in a separate external links section.
The actual content is surprisingly balanced for an autobiography.

Please note that assertion of permission to reproduce text is not sufficient; it is essential to make a copyright release as described above. Also, even if the copyright issue were resolved, the promotional tone of a company or personal website may be unsuitable for an encyclopedia article, which requires a neutral point of view. Article subjects need to have notability, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject."
