Distraction[edit]

I moved the game show information to Distraction (game show). Now that Distraction can be thoroughly about the term, please start citing reliable sources on your material. Thanks. -- Perfecto 23:35, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. The article needs cleanup and you've left it hanging. I hope you can come back to your work and finish what you want to say. Thanks. -- Perfecto 19:02, 25 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
i did already a lot there, its more and broader content compared to other sources.
your pov of a cleanup may be discussed on discussion page there, thanks for moving game show Roaming 18:02, 7 January 2006 (UTC)

isbn link rewriting[edit]

You need to copy the code that is on User:Lunchboxhero/monobook.js to your user monobook.js page. In your case, it would be User:Roaming/monobook.js. Lunchboxhero 11:24, 15 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

thanks, works fine even with other webpages. ----

asking for help by other admins[edit]

Please note that the article Business model innovation which you recently created has been deleted because it contained little or no context, nor did it seem to be an article in itself. // Pathoschild 11:56, 19 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

instead of discussing this topic there in the discuss page one admin simply deletes my rather long article.

for this unrecoverable erasing i ask for help by other users that your admin state gets revoked regardless of your alredy done contributions here, i firmly believe your admin status should be revoked, because others are not able to judge my contributed content (more than 2200 bytes, more than one hour work) or are not able to evolve and improve this full page of content and currently even myself can not reuse it because seems totally deleted.

it should be also a warning to other users here, that longer contributions may be deleted in a non recoverable way. ----

Please see Criteria for Speedy Deletion for the reasons your article was deleted, and things you should avoid if you do not want future articles deleted as well. The article you've written is not irrecoverably lost, and can still be viewed and undeleted by administrators. If you'd like to request a copy of the deleted text, please see Category:User undeletion or contact me; note that this text should not be used to recreate the article. If you disagree with my deletion of the article, you have the right to hold a vote to have my decision overriden at Wikipedia:Deletion review. // Pathoschild 17:32, 19 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Business modell innovation article deletion[edit]

See Pathoschild's reason in http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=delete&user=&page=Business+model+innovation for deleting the article. I think the issue is similar to what I told you about Distraction. I recommend you start by asking him politely for advice on how to rewrite the text and go from there. Pathoschild is a great guy. Thank you for your note. -- Perfecto 20:43, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

--- instead of deleting an article with 2200+ keystrokes everybody is invited to edit or overwrite what one dislikes

imagine crime scenes where items or victims simply vanish (=deleted)

if my article wont appear again (one may overwrite it, THAT IS OK, vanishing is not) the result is simple: i will contribute less here. Roaming

The article Business model innovation has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced POV essay about business models, thick with buzzwords, per WP:NOTESSAY, WP:NOR and WP:SYNTHESIS.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
