It still reads as blatant advertising, it is hard to believe that you have no connection to this company. "Direct secondary market is still in a development phase and it is following the same trend as the LP stake market with similar penetration rate. Considering the combined value of all Unicorns companies and applying a 1% penetration rate, direct secondary market size in 2021 is estimated to be around $30B." for example is unsourced pure promotional marketing speak. I have to say I agree with TRIL; putting AGF etc. aside for a moment, there is content in this draft which reads very much like an insider has written it. If it were all referenced to a published source, then fine, but much of it is unsupported, begging the obvious question — where is it all coming from? I also note that you've uploaded the company's logo as your own work, which similarly suggests some sort of affiliation. I am only a passionate and professionals in the private equity space and I am following the evolution of this market tracking all the new firms emerging.

Do you think this is anyway a COI? If yes i will declare it.
