Specifically with regard to your project, please take a look at Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Use_of_Wikipedia_for_class_project and User:Globalecon/Global_Economics for what NOT to do when you write your article (NOT essay). An essay will be deleted, an article, with a title like yours probably will survive. --Rifleman 82 (talk) 19:53, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've restored your article to your userspace (User:Romeplows/Software piracy in Australia). I would urge you to take your article to WP standards before re-introducing it to mainspace. If you need help, drop me a note at my talk page. --Rifleman 82 (talk) 20:57, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Asking a favor[edit]

Many of us are concerned that a lot of the students on the GlobalEcon project seem not to be checking the Project's page, their own articles, or their talk pages to read the advice that has been given there. There is now a large banner with advice at User:Globalecon/Global Economics. There are tips on what to do if their article gets deleted, redirected, or radically changed; how to back up their article; and how to stay in touch with what's going on with their article and their project (and why they should) at User:Globalecon/Tips. If you're in touch with other students in your class (and your professor), could you please pass this information and the links on to them. Best wishes, Voceditenore (talk) 10:29, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
