The article Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- I find it disturbing that this article was created on 3 July 2008 by Rud Hud Hudibras ? Check the History archive for it and then take a look at his user profile and the contributions he made during his 28 days as a Wikipedian before he was banned on 1 August 2008 ? He was blocked from editing as well as account creation due to vandalism. He created at least one hoax page during his time here. At least one of the external links is dead. I was able to locate a small website and a little information on imdb but the information here and there is sketchy at best. I'm half suspicious this is a lark. Granted, I'm not the "audience" and only noticed it because the page came up as one with recent activity. It has been edited mostly by IP numbers and the recent activity has been silly (changing numbers and information and then "covering it up" to hide the fact).
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
