*buntu, icons thereof

Nice use of wildcards ;).

Yes, that is me on the Commons. And Uncyclopedia (most articles there are just plain stupid, but the Windows Vista article is very funny).

Anyway, I will make an icon for Ubuntu Studio. I might not for Goobuntu, since I'm not one of those Googlephiles. I mean seriously, who the hell needs a clock and other useless crap taking up desktop space, especially when the system clock is so much more convenient (in Windows/Ubuntu you can see a calender by double-clicking/clicking your system clock in the taskbar, but to see Google Desktop's clock you need to minimize all your windows)?

No, I'll make one for Google anyway. Googlemania annoys the shit out of me and they cooperate with China's anti-free-as-in-freedom policies, but they're still better than most companies. I actually do hope they release it because they know what "easy-to-use operating system" means, and when one easy-to-use Linux comes out, pretty soon two will, then three, then... Like the broom scene in Fantasia. Ubuntu's more than a step closer to a user-friendly Linux but it still is nowhere near Windows, that is, when it doesn't crash, nag you to install Windows Genuine Advantage, come with 6 months of free AOL, disable your drivers because they don't respect digital restrictions management... 07:15, 8 July 2007 SteveSims

I made the Goobuntu and Ubuntu Studio icons, but I don't like the Ubuntu Studio[1] icon very much. Got any ideas? SteveSims 23:34, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

Thank you. This is a real honor, unlike the Self-Awarded Ninjastar on Uncyclopedia. SteveSims 05:34, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
