Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. It may not have been your intention, but one of your edits, specifically one that you made on List of United States presidential assassination attempts and plots, may have removed material that some consider relevant to the article. Due to this, your edits may have been reverted. When removing large portions of material, it is good practice to first discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them, to gain consensus over whether or not the text, phrasing, etc. is deserving of deletion.
