It's about damn time someone got rid of that old ugly picture of the Undertaker for nice new one like you put in. I love that new picture. Solofa Fatu (known as Junior Fatu, and previously as Rikishi) was released from Total Nonstop Action Wrestling on October 25 2007 over a financial dispute, ending his short lived return to television.
John Layfield's wife takes serious heat over Citigroup financial advice on November 1 2007.
Brooke Adams (known simply as Brooke) was released from World Wrestling Entertainment on November 1 2007.
Lilian Ellison (known as The Fabulous Moolah) passed away November 2 2007 at age 84.
Chris Mordetsky and Harry Smith (known as Chris Masters and D.H. Smith, respectively) were suspended from World Wrestling Entertainment as of November 2 2007 for Wellness Policy violations. Mordetsky was released from his contract six says later.

From the Editor

Welcome to the inaugural edition of the WikiProject Professional wrestling newsletter! I hope this will be a good source of news to those people interested in what's happening around our pro wrestlimg community. I plan to release it every Sunday.

This newsletter will just be a way to get the community announcements to people who don't have the time to check the mesageboards, as well that to those just curious about the news. The newsleter will consist of a project news section (to do with what's happening on Wikipedia), and a current events section (relating to news in the "real world"). The newslette will also contain the Collaboration of the Week announcement.

That's all. If you have any feedback or suggestions, please post them at this talk page.
