I have noticed that you have created an article, Saint Petersburg State Institute of Psychology and Social Work (SPbGIPSR) with {{subst:AFC submission/draftnew}}, in article space. Proposed deletion of Yuriy Platonov (psychologist)

The article Yuriy Platonov (psychologist) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

• Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:Listusers to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy.
• Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
