File permission problem with File:GFH Capital Logo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:GFH Capital Logo.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

Hello Sfan00 IMG, I seem to have cited the image wrong, however i would like to change this logo to "Fair Use" since this logo is taken directly from their website and used on their wikipedia page. Could you please recommend the best ways to do so? Perhaps i should delete this image and re-add it as "Fair Use"?
