Warnings[edit]

December 2009[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary for your edits. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit. It is also useful when reading the edit history of the page. Thank you.

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Frankie Mariano. Our verifiability policy requires that all content be cited to a reliable source. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Hull kr 2006 nl1 winners requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Please expand these articles[edit]

Please help expand the following articles that you created, or they may be deleted from wikipedia because they have no substantial content other than an infobox.

Wikipedia articles should have prose text, or should otherwise fit within the article format. It appears that these are professional rugby players. Normally those players will qualify for inclusion, but the article needs to have some text in it. It's not especially useful to just create an article with an infobox. Thanks for your help. Hi there[edit]

You appear to be doing a great deal of work on a huge number of European rugby league articles. It looks like you are taking the information from the rugby league project website. Whilst it is a hugely useful website it is not always 100% correct, especially on details over 10 years old. I would use the example of Sean Long; the stats there are known to be incorrect, this would be, I imagine why your last version of the article was reverted by the widely rlp respected and fellow heavy user Jeff79. The other references within the article and external links do show the details to be incorrect on rlp. This is not me trying to hammer another user, just trying to make you aware that the rlp website is hardly foolproof for northern hemisphere rugby league. I have however found it to be accurate for NRL players. Good luck and keep on editing.Lando09 (talk) 20:31, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Scott Spaven has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Bradford Bulls Players[edit]

Could you please stop editing Bradford Bulls players such as Danny Addy and Patrick Ah Van as you are messing it all up. Migitgem2009 (talk) 14:24, 5 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
