Kosely

I took A11 out before I deleted this. A11 is for the things students (and bored or drunk others...) make up, like words that have 15 different meanings, or new variants on beer pong, but not the ghost of the headless horse that appears on February 29th in the corridor of the corridor of Floor 3 in the Science Building - that's a hoax. Stuff that probably is true, but no-one outside their small group is ever going to take any notice of it. Actual things, like websites, companies, products, or people, no. They come under A7 or PROD. Route redistribution

I disagree with the deletion of route redistribution, and have asked the deleting administrator to restore it. Of course, if you can replace the article with a better one written from scratch, then please feel free to do so. Bwrs (talk) 18:29, 4 June 2014 (UTC)

I thought you should be aware of this if you're not already. The user describes himself in LinkedIn as the developer's Online Marketing Executive. --Dr. Fleischman (talk) 23:58, 6 June 2014 (UTC)

@Dr. Fleischman I had declined the submission on May 11 and it was the user Darylgolden who accepted the submission. Please elaborate your concern Mr Fleischman.  SAMI  talk 10:20, 7 June 2014 (UTC)

I'm not familiar with the AfC process but it appeared to me that the user kept blanking AfC rejections until his request was accepted. I didn't know if this was improper. --Dr. Fleischman (talk) 03:10, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
Dr. Fleischman if you think this article should not exist in Wikipedia, you can nominate it for deletion with a rationale see AfD  SAMI  talk 09:04, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
See the discussion on my talk page under the heading COI editing. Merger probably the way to go. Dougweller (talk) 09:57, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
Dougweller I've gone through your talk page and I also agree with merger proposal. As a fact I had also proposed for merger. - SAMI  talk 10:35, 8 June 2014 (UTC)

Article rejection

Hi Samee,

Sorry if this is not the appropriate page for this, I am new to Wikipedia. I would like some advice with regards to the axol bioscience page that you have rejected. I have included lots of external references and I am not sure what part is reading like an advertisement to you. Could you provide me with more information? I have been looking at other pages such as Abcam, which read much more like an advertisement than this page. Thanks Claire PhD (talk) 20:14, 10 June 2014 (UTC)

(talk page stalker)Claire PhD, there probably are pages that are worse, it's impossible to keep up with all the new articles. I'll note that there is more about the founders in the draft than about the company, and the sentence starting "The founders met at the Gurdon Institute in Cambridge" is a copyright violation. Dougweller (talk) 20:32, 10 June 2014 (UTC)

Thanks for the suggestion. After the first attempt got removed for sounding too much like an advertisement I removed a lot of the company information. I will add more in there if you think that this would be an improvement? Will correct the copyright violation.

Teletrac Article

Hi Samee, In the Draft:Teletrac submission, you declined stating that it appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Would you mind explaining what makes it seem like an advertisement to you? I tried edit it in my first revision to make it sound as neutral as possible, but if it sounds like an advertisement, I'd love your input on how I can create better articles. PaddyCake (talk) 22:44, 10 June 2014 (UTC)PaddyCake

PaddyCake The article does not maintain a neutral tone. The way it is written seems that I'm reading the about section of their official site. The whole article is just like an advertisement so I can't pinpoint specific peacock claims. You're invited to join our teahouse, where newbies are helped out.  SAMI  talk 08:58, 11 June 2014 (UTC)

Antonio Cassese Initiative

Hi Samee,

Thanks for your review of my article. I deleted all references to the Initiative's website, replacing them (when possible) with external references. I will now try to change the language a little, but I really cannot do much. Do you have any particular suggestions as to how to improve it? Ancoco095 (talk) 09:10, 11 June 2014 (UTC)

Ancoco095 Now you should rephrase peacock sentences with a neutral tone.  SAMI  talk 09:16, 11 June 2014 (UTC)
I see, thanks.Ancoco095 (talk) 09:49, 11 June 2014 (UTC)

Hi Samee, I disagreed with your review of this article and decided to accept it. I was curious what made you decline over use of reliable sources: the draft cited a number of journal articles that demonstrated depth of coverage. I'd appreciate understanding what went into your decision to decline. Thanks! Blurpeace 13:51, 11 June 2014 (UTC)

Draft: Eaton Partners Rejection

Hi Samee,

On your recent rejection of Eaton Partners I wanted to let you know that the New York Times did note that the firm was one of the "top placement agents" in an article last year. This article is referenced in the draft submission. It is also notable that other placement agents, which is a Wiki entry in itself, have pages including - Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Campbell Lutyens, Probitas Partners, Triago and Greenhill & Co. These placement agents, which is a very important field in finance, are actually much smaller and less influential than Eaton Partners. Is there a way to change your decision? If not, can you delete these other pages? — Preceding unsigned comment added by VillageAlbourne (talkcontribs) 17:50, 12 June 2014 (UTC)

Kanawishi Re: Five Against Venus

Thank you for posting the article I wrote describing the science-fiction novel "Five Against Venus". I made some minor edits to make the presentation look a little better. Now that I have had some good feedback on what needs to go into an article, I will try to post my next article directly, as you suggested. Thanks again.Kanawishi (talk) 14:11, 14 June 2014 (UTC)

Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/International Association for Mission Studies.

Hi there!

I am wondering what else I need to improve in the article I have proposed? I already removed a picture (as suggested, 24 April 2014), then I provided necessary context for those unfamiliar with the subject (in response to the comment of 19 May 2014), and now I received a comment that the article lacks evidence of subject’s notability. We have already provided enough independent secondary references (“enough” for such topic as “The International Association for Mission Studies”) – what else do we need to provide?

What were the criteria when Wikipedia approved the article https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Association_for_Mission_Studies (at the “German” Wikipedia)? Do you want that we quote 20 or more references to make the article “notable”?

Please help us see the article published at Wikipedia!

Hello Samee! Thank you for your review of my article about Mr. Tong Yanrunan. My references can all be verified as they are either from a newspaper or a magazine. Do you need me to send you the pictures of those newspapers and magazines where the information's from? Thanks! J — Preceding unsigned comment added by Juneshn (talkcontribs) 08:52, 25 June 2014 (UTC)
