July 2023[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Unfortunately, content you added to Politics of Cuba appears to be a minority or fringe viewpoint, and appears to have given undue weight to this minority viewpoint, and has been reverted. To maintain a neutral point of view, an idea that is not broadly supported by scholarship in its field must not be given undue weight in an article about a mainstream idea. Feel free to use the article's talk page to discuss this, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. You have been blocked temporarily from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 03:34, 30 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Paul Erik: Thank you for this block, but I'm not sure two days is sufficient for vandalism and edit warring to maintain that vandalism; I would suggest a couple of a weeks and a permanent page block. BilledMammal (talk) 03:35, 30 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi BilledMammal. I appreciate your advice. It's not possible to do both a site-wide block and a pageblock at the same time. I'll up it to a two-week site block; I think you're right that the behaviour warrants that. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 03:41, 30 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
