The article List of fastest selling albums worldwide has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Sources do not back up the material at all. Possibly copy-paste move since article was created with a pp-indef and sources tagged as dead links in November 2010.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. I'll edit the article. The link doesn't seem dead, so I don't understand why it doesn't work form wikipedia, I'll change the format of the notes. Sancho21

Why delete this article ?? There exists fastest-selling albums for Uk and for United States on wikipedia. Why do you think it's unimportant ? or less important than these articles ? Please explain, cause I see nothing in the talk page. Sancho21

Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, List of fastest selling albums worldwide, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests, and consider using the Article Wizard. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. The sources in your article say NOTHING about how "fast" the album sold. You are therefore creating original research and/or outright hoaxing. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Otters want attention) 20:21, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

90.56.107.80 (talk) 21:29, 24 May 2011 (UTC)If you knew how to read, you would have red in the main article AND in the talk page, that 1: "fastest-selling object" means "record sales of this object in one week" and 2: that everybody in the web among authors and the audience uses this expression "fastest-selling album" for the highest sales in one week. The two others article about UK and USA in wikipedia use it too, why don't you go delte them too ? The truth is that you give pretexts to delete my article cause you disagree with somme content, especially the truth it brings. I thnik you can't bear the fact you just discovered an other music than european or american music existed. You should better thank me to know have a little more culture know than ask for deletion. Don't give me false pretexts ok ? Don't be hypocrit. 90.56.107.80 (talk) 21:29, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And moreover all the "best-selling albums" pages are original researchs ! Why don't you go delete them ? Hey ? Simple question. I think they don't bother cause they are close to your vision of music : european and american. But, accidently, there's a strong japanese music too. We can't bear this idea. So go deleting the new article. Look at yourself in the mirror and don't bring wikipedia policy in this debate : you only want to delete the article cause it brought you a new perspective about world music and you can't bear it.90.56.107.80 (talk) 21:33, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Last thing : yes I don't know all the things about the wiki technology, but I'm learning, and then though I'm not a good wikiman like you, I worked hard to make this article as best as I could and keep make it better every day since its creation. The community must participate, not bring the articles to deletion. It's a coward thing, or it's nothing. Since the beginning I'm the only one who made things, except the guy who told me there were dead links. but he asked the article to deletion because of that ??? Come on, every article on wikipedia should be deleted if dead links were a lethal thing. And mroeover, I fixed them. And added official sources. This last point show how hypocrit oyu are. The source hsow the sales in one week, so we can make a ranking of fastest-selling albums. It's the right expression. Do you have any culture ? Are you something more than wiki super-geeks ? I'm going to bed now, cause I may not living in the same country as you.Sancho21 (talk) 21:42, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
