No, that was the grounds for doing a checkuser on the account, which came back "confirmed". Considering (a) that it is obvious without the checkuser that you are a returning blocked/banned editor (based on pattern of behavior), (b) that this is a checkuser block, (c) the gamesmanship you've demonstrated, and (d) the timesink involved in responding to unblock requests containing obvious lies, I am declining this, and removing talk page access.
