Please help (remove the delete template)[edit]

I am trying to work on my final exam (adoption). I am in fact a bit lost so am wondering if the speedy delete template can be removed from this article (i made a mistake). Article does not have to be deleted just because it was created by a blocked user. Also when attempting to notify the user of deletion for some reason when wanting to preview the post it created the incomplete posts ~~(you see two with no explanation whatsoever).~~ (fixed myself by deleting blank post) Going to take a break from this exam.. making too many mistakes right now. The article on Rachel de Souza had been blanked by Sarah-Jane Mintey, its author; that's usually considered a request for deletion in its own right: See WP:CSD#G7. I've increased your block an additional 10 days because of your creating another account while blocked. The other account has been indefinitely blocked.
