Before you nominate an article for deletion, you are expected to look for references (please see WP:BEFORE) and consider other ways in which the article can be improved. Foe example, this search shows many articles from reliable sources that can be used to improve the Tricon Residential article, although the ones from CNW Group are press releases and therefore not suitable for use as references.
