how am i supposed to fix this?

Neutrality is an important objective at Wikipedia, please see Wikipedia is Not. Unfortunately your conflict of interest editing involves contributing to Wikipedia in order to promote Henry Ford Health System. Such a conflict is strongly discouraged. Here are additional rules:
