Graham Moore

Hi. Being the highest try scorer for a club is not enough to make him notable. Take a look at WP:NRU and WP:RLN. If he meets these criteria then he is notable enough but I didn't see that in the article Gbawden (talk) 06:30, 19 February 2015 (UTC)

I am no expert on this I must admit. If I remember what the article said correctly he played against the Lions touring team as part of a warm up match? IIRC the team he played in wasn't one of the teams that played in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd league levels. Why not pose the question at the WikiProject WP:RU and take it from there?
