Request reason:

I thought that after staying off Wikipedia for several months, I would be allowed to edit here again. I have not been vandalizing at all, and am hoping to complete the Counter-Vandalism Unit Academy course so I can help fight vandalism. How do I get to the point of being allowed to edit Wikipedia again? Sei Noelle (talk) 03:04, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You need to post any unblock requests on your original account. Generally you need to wait at least six months with no socking before asking to be unblocked. Sock accounts are almost never unblocked. Please read WP:SO for more information. Be aware that six months is not carved in stone. It is the customary minimum but editors and reviewing admins may demand a longer period depending on the situation. Ad Orientem (talk) 03:13, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Ad Orientem: There is one problem with using my original account-it is now totally locked, so I can't even log into it. And I don't know how to fix that. Is there no way that I could just use this account here from now on? I'm willing to abide by any restrictions or final warnings you might place on me if I was unblocked on this account. Sei Noelle (talk) 03:20, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Just an add-on: I checked the block log for my Skiyomi account, and it was only blocked on Wikipedia for 31 hours. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log/block&page=User%3ASkiyomi So I'm confused as to how I am considered to be block-evading here.

I have confirmed that your account has been globally locked. Only a Steward can unlock your account. You may lodge your appeal here. -Ad Orientem (talk) 03:32, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. I will try that.
Regrettably as your legitimate account is currently subject to a global lock I am now going to have to revoke your TPA here. I wish you good luck in your appeal assuming you do wish to contribute constructively. -Ad Orientem (talk) 03:45, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
