Turkmen[edit]

I did not revert anything and was only moving things down to footnotes, I came to the article since I saw it at WP:RFP. At first this "Azerbaijani" statement seemed fairly well sourced (although with a suspicous lack of English sources), but after going further back into the edit history I can see that it's a recent addition. If there is a recent edit, anyone can revert it, despite being well-sourced? In Russian Wikipedia, it is considered as Destructive behavior. The whole point of these sanctions is to deal with problems surrounding Aremnian and Azeri nationalism. You've repeatedly described other editors you've interacted with as Azeri nationalists.
