PHE, Inc.[edit]

First off, Senator, you didn't even look at the link I put there (which describes precisely the relationship of PHE, Inc. to both Adam&Eve and Carrboro and is a much better reference than the link to the Adam&Eve site.) Second, while erotica may be a euphemism, pornography is a legal definition. To say that PHE distributes pornography opens Wikipedia up to litigation. They've not been legally accused of distributing pornography and the case they lost in court was for selling condoms in Mississippi. Finally, Adam&Eve is a brand. You can't purchase Adam&Eve products in Hillsborough (and certainly not in Carrboro) as they're not sold in a brick-and-morter store. Digitalican 16:54, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
