Hi Alexf .... Perhaps I should have read a lot further as to how Wikipedia actually works before actually posting anything here & a would have realized I was contravening Wikipedia's policies etc. I just saw on another Social Media Forum page that this was an excellent tool for make people aware of a specific niche one maybe involved in. My intention was solely to assist people, especially South African users, on a searchable forum that is well known as a platform for them to understand the use of Social Media & Social Media Platforms specifically for use for small to medium business. As this is a HUGE minefield in this industry at the moment & there are few viable sources popularly available for users to glean reputable information from as a South African user. I hope that there is a way that this can be resolved amicably and if need be I will reformat the initial page in a better suited format. Best regards.. brett

To me, that looks like exactly why you were blocked. This is not 'social media', it is an encyclopaedia. It is not for 'making people aware' - that is promotion. In your request for unblock, you did not address the name problem - you cannot be unblocked as Sensibledesigns. You are not forbidden by WP:COI from editing about something you are connected with, but it is strongly not recommended. But under WP:USERNAME, using the name of the outfit is not allowed.
