I updated a comment on the Hacker page which was incorrect and you reverted it back. The comment is "Such as using DOS (Denial of Service) attacks to take down entire websites.", which is a black hat example. It causes no/minimal damage to the server and may only disrupt web traffic for a short while. A cyber terrorist acts to cause real world damage, similar to what has been seen in recent news. My comment is more correct "Such as infecting power grids (electrical infrastructures) with viruses to disrupt a government's electric supply." Think of the confusion and disruption that would occur if New York City had no electricity. Or think of the Cyberattacks_on_Estonia_2007. So please reconsider my comments and reinstate them, or inform me of the proper way to cite the example, or remove the incorrect comment.
