Dear Established Users please check this article that I re-write after speedy deletion. After very kind communication with great administrator of English wikipedia User:MacGyverMagic, he provided me with some advices.
The main problem was its promotional tone and the text also resembled parts of http://poslovi.infostud.com/predstavljamo/profil-poslodavca/86/Levi9_Global_Sourcing_Balkan/ Try to write from the viewpoint of someone who is not related to the organization to improve it. Also you had two unneccesary references in the original entry. You don't need to add a reference in order to link a name, like Roel Pieper. You can simply do that right in the text. Write the new entry at User:Sergeyl1984/Levi9 and ask me and others for comments before putting it live to avoid another deletion. - Mgm|(talk) 09:18, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
Hi there. Please could you read WP:COI and WP:BESTCOI. If you are associated with the company, it is strongly recommended that you do not create the article.

P.S. I have further read the article, and - if it were created - note the following issues;
1. The company may not meet Notability requirements - in my own opinion, the references do not establish notability, and a quick Google search makes me think that it won't be possible. Other people may disagree with this view - it's my opinion.
2. There are still WP:NPOV issues, such as these phrases;
- several innovative companies,
- fast growing market
- one of the most popular high-profile
- ...and the The "Nearshore Concept" paragraph reads like an advert
3. There should not be an external link in Tech Focus - they're only needed in 'External links', and even then, only in very special cases. See WP:EXTERNAL.
Please note - I'm writing this to try to help you learn about wikipedia; I would still recommend you don't make this article, but instead contribute to other, existing articles.

Yes, of course. I still think it might fail notability, bt if you wish to try, then feel free. Be careful of POV. I gave examples; there are other problems I can see - such as "offers a complete cycle". And remember that all facts must be backed up with references from reliable sources.
