I reverted your addition to Parkinson's disease, because the article about the disease is not an appropriate place for eight paragraphs and umpteen links about one national organization, however noble its aims. You might look into creating Parkinson's Disease Foundation if you feel that there are sufficient independent, reliable sources that can be referenced to meet the notability requirements. If you choose to do so, please make sure to write the text in your own words; much of the text you added at PD appeared to be directly copied from pages at http://www.pdf.org, but we cannot use copyrighted text.
