Hi

I was wondering why you removed my contribution to the vinegar page? - Posted 2 additions with links to good quality websites also. Under the 'misc' section of the page it says "When a bottle of vinegar is opened, mother of vinegar may develop. It is considered harmless and can be removed by filtering." - this is incorrect - the so called 'mother' is actually the component of vinegar that contains all the nutrients and should not be removed. I looked at the page edit history and my revision: ((cur) (prev) 12:44, 13 January 2010 212.159.138.27 (talk) (36,719 bytes) (→Miscellaneous) (undo) ) was simply removed. While I am all about promoting the benefits of vinegar, i hope my links were not considered spam. The second link to bobbys healthy shop not only have a really large customer base that swears by the apple cider vinegar they sell (they even have letters on their website from customers and apparently receiving such letters is not unusual) but they also use all their profits to help children with cancer and do good work.

If would be really helpful to them if they could have a link on the vinegar page, so I am just asking why you removed the addition - so that I may make an addition that you would find favourable, users will find really useful and a link that maybe benefit a really good organisation.

Kind Regards
