I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Shaaban Khalil for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.

A tag has been placed on Shaaban Khalil requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. @FuzzyMayma: Blocks are to prevent disruption, and he did back off after the message here. People are not always aware of the (sometimes varied and confusing) policies of Wikipedia. He'd be welcome to make requests on the talk page for the article. It is definitely possible for COIed editors to contribute positively to an article, although many of the edits I saw from this particular editor were problematic.
