I just created the page for the company Oasis Fertility which I am working for. I am working for more than 4 years here and no one is successful to create one page.

I took it as challenge since the company has good presence in the hospital market and more than decade year old institution.

Yes, please make your disclosure on your user page User: Shadysbook which does not exist yet.

You should realize that notability needs to be established through independent, in-depth reporting about the company. While in the draft stage, you might as well omit all press releases, publicity efforts, interviews with company principals, and routine announcements. No amount of these will help get the draft accepted. On the other hand, if you can present a small handful of good independent reporting about the company, with significant coverage, the draft can be accepted and some of the other material to fill things out can be added via {{edit request}}s on the article talk page. — jmcgnh^{(talk) (contribs)} 05:55, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft is not deleted or currently under threat of deletion. The instructions I gave earlier are what you need to do.
