Roger Federer

I've reverted your two edits to the bio of Federer.

You inserted that Federer has reached at least the semi-finals of 20 consecutive grand slam tournaments, twice as many as any other player in history.[1] It is needless to mention "twice as many as any other player in history" in the lead section.

You also inserted that only Federer and Agassi have accomplished the career grand slam on three different surfaces.[2] The ref doesn't support that claim. AdjustShift (talk) 20:10, 7 June 2009 (UTC)

Agassi played after the Australian Open and the US Open switched from grass to hardcourts. He accomplished his Career Grand Slam on three different surfaces. Federer is the second man to do so. But, it is not that important to mention every detail on the bio of Federer. In bios, we summarize information; mentioning Federer equaled Pete Sampras's record of 14 Grand Slam titles, and also became the sixth man to complete a Career Grand Slam is enough. NBA Rosters

Just so you know - the 'FA' tag on the Warriors roster template is for players from last seasons roster that are currently free agents (as they are done on the nba.com rosters) - they aren't a tag for how they are signed (just like the 'DP' tag is the current status for an unsigned draft pick.) Live ratings

The consensus of WP:CHESS is that live ratings should generally not be mentioned in articles (see Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Chess/Archive 24#Live ratings). But even if that were not the case, your edits are still wrong; the article List of FIDE chess world number ones is about FIDE ratings, and the section of the article Magnus Carlsen that you just edited is called "Standings on top 100 FIDE lists". Also, while the odds are small, it would be realistic for Carlsen to play a rated game before the December 2013 FIDE ratings are published. Hence your referencing of http://2700chess.com/ is a violation of WP:BALL. Toccata quarta (talk) 16:37, 22 November 2013 (UTC)

The odds aren't small, they are zero as Carlsen has no further matches scheduled for 2013. Police issues that actually matter rather than depriving the public of information that is factually correct. Carlsen's rating until his next tournament is 2872, and there are no events scheduled between now and December 1st. If you can prove otherwise, then correct me. Not before. Thank you. Here's another problem with your edits: live ratings are updated all the time, but you are placing special emphasis on ratings at the start of a month, while ignoring other live ratings, which means that you are interpreting the material posted at http://2700chess.com/ in light of an official rating list that hasn't been published. Learn some manners, will you? When you revert an edit without using any edit summary of your own, you are calling the edit that you are reverting vandalism. Your recent edits have shown you to be a POV-pusher with no respect for policies such as WP:V and WP:FRNG. You are barely qualified for editing Wikipedia. Bill Belichick

Shotcallerballerballer, per the addition of Bill Belichick to Template:New York Jets coach navbox, I realize that he was technically the Jets head coach for one day after after Parcells resigned, but the standard for these navboxes is only to include tenures with at least one game on record. I saw that you edited many times chess articles. If you are interested in chess, maybe try the demo that I prepared.

I attach the games of the World Chess Championship 2012. In the English wikipedia you had to write the games down, add diagrams and so on, on the Hebrew wikipedia there is a fantastic tool that was developped two years ago - have a look at the demo: HE:משתמש:Yoavd/chessdemo.
