Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners and Help:Introduction to referencing/1), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. Being an as yet unelected candidate for office is not, in and of itself, grounds for a Wikipedia article. That's especially the case if the article's only sources are her husband's own self-published website about himself and the alumni newsletter of her own alma mater -- these are not notability-assisting sources that contribute to getting her over WP:GNG.
Politicians get Wikipedia articles by holding political office, not just by running for it. To already be eligible for an article today, she would have to have a valid and sourceable claim of preexisting notability for other reasons that would already have gotten her an article anyway -- if she doesn't have that, then she has to win the election, not just run in it, to get into Wikipedia on "politician" grounds.
