Notability[edit]

Hi. I've just seen your request over at the HelpDesk. Even if you don't mean your articles to be promotional, the major problem is that your favourite restaurants just aren't sufficiently notable for Wikipedia articles - Wikipedia isn't a trade directory and does not carry articles about every restaurant, shop, etc that exists.
