Templates[edit]

I'm about to get on a ferry, and I'll be off the grid for about three days, so I don't have time to answer your questions right this minute. Just wanted to drop a line tell you that I haven't forgotten about you! I'll be in touch next week. l'aqùatique talk 19:49, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I've been super, super busy... And I see no end in sight. I may be able to make it on, say, once a week, if this keeps up? If you'd like I can find you a new adopter. l'aqùatique talk 18:36, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Template:User:Sir Drance/signature requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 22:15, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Adoption[edit]

Dear Sir Drance, thank you for your message. However, I regret to inform you that I would not be in a position to coach you for adminship, since I have been out of touch with Wikipedia since a considerable time now. The encyclopedia and the community evolves continually, and it is essential that when I come back, I am able to accustom myself to the environment. There are, obviously, better suited coaches around – like User:Riana for instance. Best wishes, — Nearly Headless Nick {C} 15:17, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sadly I am in the same position as Nick, I have been gone for two or three months now and as of now have no plans on returning. My sincerest apologies. Sirkadtalksign 01:18, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Adoption[edit]

Sure, I'll adopt you! Unfortunately, my previous adoptee quit, so I'm still kind of new at this whole adoption thing, so I'll try to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing, and you can post on my talk page if you need anything. --Qmwne235 20:29, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
