Don't talk to me, I'm gone...

Don't give up[edit]

Hi Smintheus. I don't think you are "unsuitable for encyclopedic work". Just read and respect the basic rules of this project and contributing can be easy. I'm talking from my experience :) Best regards. --Vejvančický (talk | contribs) 10:04, 9 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I hope you will change your mind, as your contributions are high quality and very useful. You might prefer to work for a bit expanding existing articles, which are less in the limelight, & where there is plenty to do. If you want anything given a sympathetic check-over, please let me know. Johnbod (talk) 22:06, 12 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Please see Monna Rosa, Veronica Veronese, Mnemosyne (Rossetti) or even Lady Lilith or The Blessed Damozel. Proserpine (Rossetti painting) is the last piece of the puzzle - see the photo at the bottom of Leyland's drawing room. I've got a tight deadline for DYK and will try to use Proserpine in the DYK hook (though it can't be the DYK itself). Any feedback appreciated. Smallbones (talk) 18:19, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry I missed you![edit]

I was just about to give you a vandalism warning for adding bitter anti-Wikipedia non sequiturs to the talk page of an article you haven't even edited (apparently solely to try and incite an argument), but luckily you seem to have ragequit in the interim, thus saving me the trouble. Thanks! :) Bravo Foxtrot (talk) 02:23, 5 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
