A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Kwok Man Tai is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

Regarding the two articles you've blanked, that's not how we proceed in such cases. I've nominated both pages for deletion, and the request will be reviewed by an admin shortly.
