@Sonamjaiswal0511: as Curb Safe Charmer's message below indicates, yes, other editors can see the draft. As the big yellow notice indicates, yes, you do need to add more to the article. There are specific suggestions there but you should start by reading our Core Content Policies and look at some other biography articles to get a feel of what a biographical article requires.
