A short guide to what and where needs to be changed in my user page?

Well... First off, there's User:Soseipiriala Sunday Abere/sandbox, which reads like a advertisement, replete with external links. Then you repeat that on User:Soseipiriala Sunday Abere, where you promote your skillset, linking to Instagram and LinkedIn, whilst having made no contributions to the project. Userpages (see WP:USERPAGE) are not intended for your WP:RESUME, they're intended to introduce yourself in relation to Wikipedia. After all Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a free webhost.
