  • Thank you for working on Kourosh Zolani. However, this doesn't help much toward establishing notability, since it doesn't appear to be a reliable source in the sense of WP:RS, and it is not clear what The Jon Lewis Show is (the citation is also incomplete). Clearing that up might help. Good luck, Drmies (talk) 19:06, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Help with references[edit]

{{helpme}}Thank you for your note. I am trying to clean up the Jon Lewis Radio Show reference. There is more information on the editorial mode but it does not appear on the read mode. This was an interview with Jon Lewis which was aired in 6PR 882 Perth Radio station, in Australia on 07/16/2010. Sozlati (talk) 19:17, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Is this re. Kourosh Zolani ?  Chzz  ►  19:23, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yup. Drmies (talk) 19:25, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The | serieslink = The Jon Lewis Radio Show only works (ie makes a link) if you specify a | | series = (whatever name) - so, fixed with this edit. Although it makes a red link, because there is no article The Jon Lewis Radio Show. Is that what you meant?  Chzz  ►  19:45, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much for your help. I did not intend to refer it to any article in the WP. I am trying to make the radio station and the location appear on the read mode. So if it is OK, I will remove the link to the article in WP. Sozlati (talk) 20:03, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Just so you know....[edit]

Since you and Thomasshane seem to have quiet an interest in this (which is fine by me), I would like to explain something. There is nothing personal going on here - the reason why I have focused on tagging articles about Iranian musicians is because I have been working toward this list (which was mentioned by another user on Thomasshane's talk page). I do find it surprising how many of these articles lack references, but there shouldn't be biographies of people on Wikipedia without references (some of the articles I've tagged have had no references for 4 YEARS!). There are few hits on Google for a lot of these people, so that is why I've been PROD-ing and AFD-ing them. Considering a lot of these articles have had the "no references" banner for well over a year, there has been plenty of time for people to improve the articles, but nothing has been done. I don't really think this is appropriate. And it does come across rather personal... -- Eraserhead1 <talk> 17:15, 19 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
