{{helpme}} Thanks for the welcome. I have just added a segment to the nutritional facts on sugar, but wanted to double check and make sure I was citing correctly. I used brackets, but I can probably figure out a full citation into the notes section if it's necessary. Let me know.

Hi Sparklingangel84. I have formatted the citation as an inline citation. I have also questioned the reliability of the source in the citation. Yes, the source is a doctor, but there are many, many doctors and I don't know that she is an authority in her field, know and recognized by her peers for such matters (a better source might be the NIH for example). You can see the diff of my change to your edits. For the reference, you might look at Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners. In any event, the most important change I made was to remove your signature from the article. Never sign any additions to article; signing is for discussion pages. Please see Wikipedia:Signatures.
