Thank you for your feedback. It's usually the citation markup that causes trouble to new users.There is a "Cite" toolbar at the top of the edit window which allows you to automatically generate the required wiki code.

You click one of the templates, e.g. "book", and fill in the details.

Thanks for that tutorial. . . I was nervous about editing Wiki, but feel this is a really important issue that more people should be aware of. Might I ask you to check what I added, and critique anything I should do differently? It's under Mary Kay, controversies, animal testing 2012. If you're too busy, I completely understand. . .
