Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). The item has again been returned to draftspace. Is is a long way from being ready for mainspace; there does not appear to be referencing and there are multiple sections without content. Please develop the item in draftspace and it ought to be submitted for review when considered ready. When an item is moved to draft it is so you can bring it up to the required standard.
