I'm sorry to have to tell you, your work really is lost. Wikipedia does not have any tools to get it back.
I can assure you, this will not be the last time, this happened, but there is a trick to save your work.
Next time, you have this problem, you can use the memory of your browser to get your edit back. As long as you did not finish your session on your Internet browser, by using the green "page back" arrow button of your browser, you can go back to pages, you visited in advance. Your browser treats any save or preview as the creation of a new page. So the page, as it was, before you tried to save it, is in the memory of your browser and can be brought back.
Happy editing.--Thw1309 (talk) 23:14, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Co-operative living arrangements requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Co-operative living arrangements[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Co-operative living arrangements, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Co-operative living arrangements. Co-operative living arrangements[edit]

Hello - I see you've deleted the proposed deletion tag from the article. This is fully within your rights. However, you also deleted a number of other tags drawing attention to the fact that the article is unreferenced, uncategorized, etc. I've restored these tags, because the article is unreferenced, uncategorized, etc. The presence of the tags won't result in the deletion of the article, as the presence of the proposed deletion tag would have; they're there to draw the attention of helpful editors who might be able to insert categories, references, etc.
More generally, I see you're still at work on improving the article. This is great. However, I would strongly advise you to get some referenced to reliable sources in there as soon as possible; this is the best way to protect your article against deletion moving forward. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance. Sarcasticidealist (talk) 00:56, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Co-operative living arrangements[edit]

Pollytyred (talk) 01:08, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You'll have at least five days to improve the article before any final decision is made. You should also participate in the discussion. I reiterate my earlier urging to include references as early as possible, as they're your best protection against having the article deleted.
