You have engaged in sockpuppetry very recently and you still demonstrate an extremely poor understanding of the English language. Your best bet at this point is the standard offfer to blocked users. If you can exercise the self discipline needed to not edit here and not engage in socking for six months there is a good chance the community will decide to allow you to return. As far as I see, there were two problems with your edits before: copyright violations and page blankings because you wanted to rewrite those pages yourself. I might consider unblocking you if you explain clearly how are you going to edit if unblocked and how you're going to avoid disruptive actions in the future. Sir Thanks for good response. Many of the Administrator refused without hearing my argument. You are a good administrator. So I tell my opinion i.e. I mainly worked for history articles in wikipedia. My uploads in wikipedia are mainly Historical images. I attach these files to wikipedia articles. Now I got some experience in uploading files. So I donot upload copyright files and donot add copyright articles from other sites without permission. I donot blank the article pages without permission. Sir please allow me to participate. I'm sorry, I understand that English is likely not your first language and that is making communication difficult. This is, unfortunately, the English language Wikipedia, where some level of proficiency is required so that editors can collaborate. Will you please respond to the questions above? I believe that the answer to your second request for unblock has been declined by the administrator who reverted your removal of the template. It may be best to pursue WP:OFFER at this point; please note that it requires you to stop creating sockpuppet accounts to evade your block - like the one blocked this morning that was created right after you "retired".
