Hi, thanks for message. Two points before I get down to the problems
- The article title should just be Shravan Kumar, with no titles or honorifics, just like Barack Obama, Albert Einstein. The page is currently occupied by a redirect to another article, but I can clear that if necessary
- When you give a ref, give the source rather than just put website. "Children's Film Society of India Launches the First Edition of National Children's Film Festival". Times of India. is much more informative than "Children's Film Society of India Launches the First Edition of National Children's Film Festival". website.
I deleted your article because
- it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, as defined in the link, or they will be deleted. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the company, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the company claims or interviewing its management. Several of your references were affiliated to him or just quoting what he said. At least one was about Jitendra Mishra and didn't mention your man, appears to be there to promote the festival rather than provide facts.
- If he is notable, it's surely as a CEO of the CFS, rather than a tax man, I'm unclear why your first line refers to his tax career rather than his film associations
- it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of claims or opinions presented as fact include: one of the experts representing the activities of Central Government... He has always been a topper through school and college... is looking forward to bringing about positive changes... Under his leadership In the past 3 years, CFSI has taken significant strides towards revenue generation.
- "Achievements" is a sure sign that spam will follow, especially when there is no criticism section. It makes it a fanpage.
