I see that you included substantial portions of information which appear to come from this source.

I see a couple of problems. It's not at all clear to me that inclusion of this massive dump of text from the source is consistent with an encyclopedic article about a particular individual, so it is highly possible that it should be removed for that reason alone. If a consensus of editors is that the material is appropriate, the way will have to investigate further the copyright status. I did not see a copyright notice on the document itself. However, the default assumption is that everything is subject to full copyright unless it can be clearly identified as public domain or appropriately licensed. I haven't seen a reference to an acceptable license, and I don't see anything that would indicate that it qualifies as public domain.--S Philbrick (Talk) 14:39, 19 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Both photo from Flickr had Public Domain Copyright ,upload from Flickr to common,and used in enwiki .

Uploading an image to Flickr does not give it a new license. The license terms at the prior source applies. In the case of the first image, the copyright belongs to the psu.ac.th website. You have provided no evidence that that site released the image into the public domain. The second image is clearly taken from Facebook, and you provided no evidence that the poster on Facebook released the images into the public domain.

"Flickr-washing" by posting an image to Flickr and claiming the image is free does not remove the copyrights claimed by the source site. —C.Fred (talk) 17:26, 19 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Flickr Public Domain Marks[edit]

The Flickr Account belong to the owner of the Facebook account and the other one is her sister photo.They both are his excellency Mr. Sukavich Rangsitpol daughters. Former Minister of Education who had bring the new era to the education systems by his education reform in 1995 .

He established Education institute for millions of children who had not been in the education system . Thailand had long period of baby boomer .

When I saw his biography had not have the name of education institutions he established .l signed up the account and upload the name of the institutions he founded .But the Thai wiki administration deleted the name of the institutions he founded and blocked me.I couldn't do anything then my English is not good enough to finish his English biography.Because before he become Minister of Education many things were different.

Anyway when I came across his daughter Facebook and Flickr account and saw that it had Public Domain Marks . Many of us try to upload information we founded.

After I uploaded ( l should have had someone else did it) the photo was nominated for deleted because my account was blocked. How was that sound to you ?Sry88 (talk) 22:25, 19 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

First, there's no way to verify who the owner of the Flickr accounts are—at least, not unless Flickr has a verification process like Twitter does.

Second, what has happened to you on the Thai Wikipedia is not really relevant here on the English Wikipedia.

Third, as I said, there's no way to verify who owns the Flickr account. If the image came from Facebook, and if the Facebook page clearly states that the image is in the public domain, that would be different. However, just finding an image online doesn't automatically make it free.

Finally, whether or not you had an account blocked on another Wikipedia had nothing to do with the deletion of the images. I deleted the images because they gave every appearance of violating copyright. —C.Fred (talk) 22:56, 19 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Photos of the Flickr account were used in Facebook you were telling me that the Facebook poster has copyright and she upload those 6 (my uploaded in wiki commonthat was deleted )photos in the Flickr Account.

The owner of the Flickr that uploaded it with public domain mark used it in her Facebook account.I uploaded it and gave it her name and use it in her page . I never think it would be deleted.
