Martucci[edit]

Thanks! I'm not in fact positive the first piano concerto was originally published with an opus number (it has one now)- likewise with a few others of his works - but the division is very useful. After listening to the second piano concerto (quite!) a few times I'm more and more convinced that his style, too, is just a bit different from those composers he's constantly compared with, and if it were possible to usefully and encyclopedically write about that one would encourage it :) (I need to hear other works of his more often, though.)
