The problem is that most of the sources are written by CEC or affiliated personnale. And they are supproting promotional claims.

The few times the CEC was cited does not do anything for notability. We are not looking for the number of cites, we are looking for indepdenent reliable coverage that we can base an article on.

Please remove vast majority of the non-indepdentn sources.

The comment the reviewer left was: The organisation appears to be doing important work at the national level. So, I would have expected it to be notable. But I just can't find the evidence for it. Not in the draft, not in my own search. It fails the second criterion of WP:NONPROFIT. Consider merging content that can be merged to existing articles. A redirect may be advisable if there's a good target.
