With respect to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom the content regarding their relationship with Russians falls under the Eastern Europe & Balkans sanctions, as the discretionary sanctions regime also applies to discussions and edits about individuals or states with a solid connexion to that region, broadly construed.
